R U OK? Day with Team Integrated

R U OK? day at Integrated was a fantastic turnout.

On the 8th of September the leading team at Integrated organised a lunch for #ruok day, open to clients, support workers and loved ones. Held at one of our new community houses—the home for future group activities, Team Integrated took the opportunity to get together and check in with everyone and ask R U OK?

The event was opened by our Director Hoa and CEO Alyson, where Aly gave a wonderful speech citing her extensive background in mental health. Alyson spoke about how we can collectively break down the barriers caused by mental health stigmas.

“Inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with those around them for support when struggling. Together we can create a mentally healthier world for everyone.”

The lunch was comprised of a delicious barbecue, kindly organised by the great team at @northpoint_au, with mouth-watering treats catered by @theespybakehouse at Christies Beach. The lunch was topped off with an amazing R U OK? day cake, generously provided by Leipzig Real Estate.

Team Integrated would love to thank everyone that sported their yellow threads and got involved in the day. Integrated proudly encourages the action of putting mental wellbeing first, and would like to remind everyone that every day is the day to ask R U OK?
