Integrated Support Workers provide compassionate and personalised care to our beloved clients. In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. You will also support them in accessing community resources, engaging in recreational activities, and developing essential life skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and a strong desire to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. Experience in disability support or related fields is preferred.

Tasks
& Responsibilities

  • Providing direct support to participant with a disability in their home and in the community

  • Support participants with a disability to live independently in individualised living arrangements

  • Provide support with personal care and general household duties

Requirements
& Experience

  • Hold a Certificate III or above in Disability / Individual Support, Studying or equivalent (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing)

  • Current First Aid Certificate

  • Current DCSI Screening / NDIS Worker Check

  • Current Working with Children's Check

  • Ability to use computers, tablets and smartphones

  • An unrestricted South Australian Driver's License
