The start of this week marks 2023's International Day of People with Disability.
IDPD is dedicated to promoting the rights and well-being of people with disabilities at all levels of society and development. It aims to raise awareness about the challenges they face in politics, society, economy, and culture. The World Health Organization (WHO) aligns with the United Nations each year to underscore the importance of securing the rights of individuals with disabilities. The goal is to enable their full and equal participation in society, removing barriers from every aspect of their lives.
As we commemorate this important occasion, we're pleased to share a letter from our Director, Hoa & CEO, Alyson.
